Sam Grech

Commercial Lead

Sam has over 20 years’ experience in the building industry across the ACT, NSW and South Australia. His work includes the CSIRO Synergy Building, ANU Kambri Precinct, Russell infrastructure upgrades, the Australian War Memorial, and many education and Defence/Security projects.

With a trade background and a bachelor’s in engineering, Sam combines hands‑on skills with strong project delivery and contract administration experience from roles as a construction manager with Tier 1 contractors. Sam has extensive experience in leading integrated design and delivery teams and now does so at the head of Cuspis Group.

Karel Sterner

Residential Lead

Karel brings extensive experience in residential property development and construction, having delivered landmark multi-residential projects across the ACT and NSW.

Leveraging civil engineering qualifications and deep practical expertise in residential construction, he ensures project success from feasibility and design management through to delivery and handover.
