Sam possesses extensive and comprehensive expertise in the building industry, cultivated over two decades working on landmark projects in the ACT. His portfolio includes standout developments such as the CSIRO Consolidation Project, ANU Kambri, Russell Infrastructure Upgrades, and the Australian War Memorial, alongside numerous projects in the education and multi-residential sectors.

With a trade background and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sam blends practical know-how with a robust foundation in project delivery and contract administration, honed during his tenure as a construction manager with Tier 1 contractors.

Sam channels his energy and enthusiasm into leading delivery teams, a quality he continues to exemplify at the forefront of Cuspis Group.
